1 small smoothie took an almost 20 minutes. 7 people behind the counter,smoothie girl seemed like she was looking for help and none given.

Simple business but they never let me down! I roll in twice a week for a bagel as my office is nearby- great service great food!

I occasionally get breakfast delivered on the weekends and often order the bacon egg and cheese breakfast bagel with extra bacon and I realized that I’m not receiving the extra bacon. It’s $3.00 more for extra bacon. Once I ordered two sandwich’s, one with extra bacon and one without and they were identical. My experiment cost me $3.00 but it backed up this claim. Either they don’t care or they don’t realize the bacon is extra on the prep details. For an extra $3 it should be a noticeable amount.

Food is always great, but got a coffee with spoiled milk today. Usually have no issues but its full of white curdled chunks today. Not drinking well or feeling good.

I had a berrylicious smoothie and a plain bagel with cream cheese—they were both amazing. I'd come back again.
