Tuscan Kitchen Portsmouth

I've catered from this restaurant several times and had great experiences—affordable and delicious! However, my visit tonight was a major letdown. I was eager to share a nice meal with my family, who were visiting from out of town, and we needed to serve 12 people. Unfortunately, it took more than two hours for our meals to arrive, and when they finally did, the food was undercooked, cold, and simply unappetizing. We decided not to order dessert. To top it all off, the bill was exorbitant for what we received. I would give this experience 1 star, if that.

Took a while to get the dessert. We ended up having to cancel the order.

The chicken parm was awful. You use to get a huge piece of chicken. We had two orders and both were two very small pieces of chicken over cooked with a tablespoon of pasta and Red sauce that had no flavor no seasoning the entire dish was very disappointing. Our waiter Rowan was fantastic and the appetizers were delicious.

Delicious and accommodating. Will definitely be back

First time in any Tuscan kitchen, greeted by ed, which is also our waiter. he was very helpful and explained the menu, offered suggestions that were also helpful. eds love to detail is excellent. we have recommended to have a quiet lunch to talk to our friends and didn't want to be rushed, he gave us time to speak just at the right time to delete the table and take our next question. due to his attention, it was a more pleasant visit with our friends. the meal was excellent and would visit again when we meet our friends. please thank ed for its great service.
