The Harbour Coffee House - Portsmouth

We had a great experience at this restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious vegan sandwich, eggs on toast, and tea. The food was tasty and affordable. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for families. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a snack and a cup of tea. My only suggestion would be to make the menu display clearer and easier to read.

Visited today for lunch, ordered a few toasted sandwiches which were delicious but asked for the bacon well done on one and they both turned up the same, barely cooked. They did redo the well done one but obviously my first request was ignored. I also ordered a Diet Coke which cost £1.90, which is fine but when I was presented with a dishevelled can, I was extremely disappointed and refused to accept it. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we feel that quality and attention to detail has slipped since their recent redecoration.

Coffee was great taste. I tried the Cinnamon roll was okay, then next day i tried the Chocolate Croissant, well it wasn’t as good as the french one. However the environment of the coffee shop is nice. And very friendly staff.

We dropped in for a coffee and a break from the shops. We noticed the delicious array of bagels, sandwiches and pastries, so decided to make it a lunch stop instead. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the coffee and tea were excellent and the food was tasty and well presented. A very enjoyable experience which set us up for the second leg of our day.

Fell upon this cafe while visiting Portsmouth. Charming classy cafe with fantastic friendly staff. Asked for help on where to go the girl was very helpful considering she too was new to Portsmouth, but let’s get to the nitty gritty the food and coffee! Both was excellent good quality coffee and my chicken,cheese and avocado toasted sandwich was the best Iv ever had. Good quality ingredients on fresh bread and served with a smile both for just over £6. I know I’m going to fed for the day now !! Definitely recommend popping in.
