The manager at this restaurant—whose name I've forgotten—is incredibly friendly and really helpful. The food was fresh, and I was not disappointed at all.

The staff and managers are incredibly helpful and friendly. We always order the basic tacos with extra salad, and this place never disappoints – they're so delicious! Each location varies in cleanliness, but this Jack in Post Falls is very clean and comfortable to be in.

Tonight I lawfully received some of the best customer services I have ever seen at a Fast Food Joint. The staff was super friendly, worked with a smile on their faces and a positive attitude. The food was also absolutely at the point. They made the fries fresh.
