Chili's Grill Bar - Poteau

The steak was decent, and the appetizer was quite good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was enjoyable as well. However, the service left something to be desired. We had a waiter—I'm not sure of his official title, but his name was a bit amusing—who stepped in when our actual waitress was busy chatting with what appeared to be the manager about plans for later. Neither the waitress nor the manager seemed particularly concerned about us, but thankfully, the other waiter frequently checked in to refill our drinks and see if we needed anything. He wasn't our assigned server, but his attentiveness really improved our experience; otherwise, I would probably have rated this place only 2 or 3 stars.

We enjoyed delicious burgers, fries, and fried pickle appetizers, but just to clarify, we didn’t visit Chili’s last night; we actually went to the Choctaw Plaza and the Choctaw Casino. It seems my phone is definitely not up to date with the current locations, lol!

I had a fantastic experience tonight at the bar! The food, drinks, and service were all exceptional.

The bbq wings tasted like they were marinated in ketchup , not very good at all. I paid 9 for a gallon of mango tea and I didn’t get it. Fries were soggy, my sons quesadilla was literally microwaved. Lemomade had this weird burnt taste. Overall just nasty and not worth 55

I always love Chili's. However this particular chili's. I didn't like. I probably won't go back here. The staff was rude. The bartender waiter was worse. It took a long time to get out drinks. He wasn't very friendly at first. He probably want sure if we were gonna tip or but bc it was late. He did warn up a little towards the end But you try to tell me that I couldn't use my birthday reward at the same time as our free trips and salsa rewards that we get every time we come for being a valid customer is what it says but he would try to say that I couldn't get that and my birthday gift of the molten lava cake or whatever I'd argue with him and he had to go get it approved. Or so I thought at the end as we paid and we walked outside I realized that he hadn't brought me much cake to go like I had asked when I told him that I wanted to use my birthday award. Again he tried to argue with me.I argued with him about being able to get my reward for my birthday this should have been any reason I can't get it no matter what I've ordered so the manager comes out she's a woman She tries to say that and it's not compatible with the two for 15 meal thing or two for 20 whatever it was and I said yeah but I bought three of them and it's a reward for being for my birthday because I'm a loyal customer I can to get it anytime no matter what or food I order off the menu
