The chips and salsa arrived a bit later, and they included four different salsas. The spiciest one was extremely hot, but I absolutely loved it along with the tomatillo salsa. We also ordered a small serving of guacamole, which had a bit too many onions for my liking, but it was still very good! Everything was fantastic! The steak was incredibly tender and well-seasoned. All the food made it home without any issues. I can't wait to eat here again and explore more of their menu. I heard their grand opening is tomorrow!

My spouse and I visited Plaza Vazquez today (February 2022), and we were impressed with the food! It can be challenging to find high-quality vegetarian Mexican cuisine, but this restaurant offered a wide selection of vegetarian dishes for us to enjoy. We both ordered the vegan burritos and loved the variety of delicious vegetables packed inside. The spicy salsa was so tasty that we decided to take a small cup home with us. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was warm and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking authentic and affordable Mexican food, especially if you're vegetarian!

I completely agree with everything my son shared in his review. As a mom, I always strive to cook with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, and that's exactly the philosophy of the chef and owner here—it's evident in the food! Some may call me picky, and I admit that I am! Plaza Vazquez truly exceeded my high expectations. I ordered the chicken fajitas and could barely finish my meal; the portions are generous and they make for fantastic leftovers! We will definitely be returning!

5 stars after my first dining experience and meeting the chef owner! This place is exactly what I look for. The grills turn on when you order meaning your food is made fresh, and to order. My family can be a little picky, but everything came out just as we'd envisioned with the chef. She was extremely helpful making sure we could try everything since we could not decide. I went with carnitas sopes and guac and chips. The tortilla chips were fried there on site, guac was fresh and packed with fresh cilantro and onions, and my Sopas were fried and stacked exactly how they needed. BYOB and sit outside. Come here for a laid back meal cooked with kindness and personality. Talk to the chef owner because she is passionate about her food and made us feel at home. This restaurant is a gem.

This place is fantastic! I ordered a burrito with pulled chicken and it’s everything I could’ve asked for, chicken was seasoned well and cooked to perfection, my friend got the quesadilla with pulled pork and hasn’t stopped taking about how amazing it was since he finished, the staff was so polite and super helpful, I’ll definitely be a returning customer :
