Lolita's Pizza - Poughkeepsie

As a reviewer from New York City, I have had my fair share of amazing pizza, but I must say, I have never experienced anything quite like this. The corn salad was also exceptional. However, the pizza stole the show. The sausage and peppers with creamy ricotta was a standout, and the margherita was a classic delight. Even my seven-year-old companion couldn't resist, eating more than I have ever seen her eat. We both recognized the high quality of the food we were served.

Incredible. Could this be the best pizza in the Hudson Valley region? It's possible. We'll have to dine in next time! The pizzas were delicious, even after a 10-minute car ride home. The pick-up service was fast and very helpful.

The neo-style pizza at this restaurant is really delicious and the brussel sprouts are amazing. The cocktails are also top-notch. The 3-hour round trip to this place is definitely worth it.

I ordered a pizza at this restaurant and the waitress was very friendly. However, the pizza I received was terrible. The crust was undercooked and the overall taste was bland and disappointing. Compared to Lola's Cafe next door, it was like night and day. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will stick with Lola's instead.

Honestly if I could give more stars I would. First of all, the staff alone make the place worth visiting. They were some of the most friendly people I have ever encountered in a restaurant setting! I spilled a little bit of coffee on my white shirt and our server, I believe his name was Anderson? Not 100% sure, but anyhow, he called to the bartender for a glass of seltzer water and a towel for me right away without me even asking so I could work out the stain. Tremendous hospitality all the way around as the front of the house staff also helped compile a list of places we might like to eat while we’re in town. They truthfully went above and beyond our entire visit. Second of all, the pizza was out of this world!!! A definite must try if you’re in the area! Thank you Lolita’s!
