Cherry Jubilee is fantastic! In the mood for Ice Cream???

Ice cream was great but the girl with the eyes that go in opposite direction was extremely rude and needs a attitude adjustment before working in a public place she obviously hates her job and made us very uncomfortable for my family to enjoy that environment. We will go elsewhere.

Friendly and patient staff. So much more affordable than most surrounding ice cream shops. Cakes! Clean with outdoor tables. We'll be back

Wow. Customer service is in the toilet. Made a special trip to go to the store to order the perfect cake. Went back to pick it up and they got the order completely wrong. Whatever happened to pride in workmanship?

What happened? Ordered a scoop of pralines and cream and it was full of ice crystals like it had been in someone's freezer for 2 years. My daughter ordered a shake and after we paid for everything we were told oops no milk. Finally, there were 2-3 apparent employees sitting in the store and 3 behind the counter. The ones in the store then went into the back of the store while we waited for someone to help us. Such a bummer.
