Villa Capri - Poway

This is likely the best Italian cuisine in the Poway area; it's consistently delicious.

The crab ravioli and chocolate mousse were both delicious. The temperature in the dining room was comfortable on a cool night. However, our waiter maintained a rather dull demeanor throughout the evening—he always appeared bored or even angry. He never offered us salad or appetizers, didn't check in to see how our food was, and didn't present us with a dessert menu. We had to request one. On the bright side, there was another friendly waiter who smiled and inquired about our meal. The waiter who brought the Parmesan cheese was also quite pleasant.

Dining here is always a fantastic experience! I absolutely love the pappardelle bolognese, and her carciofi alla romana (artichoke hearts) are simply the best I've ever had! We look forward to coming here every time!

Villa capri was good as always. great food, good prices.

It was an extremely busy night. The staff did their best to seat and serve us in a timely manner. A very consistent quality restaurant.
