Írjon visszajelzéstNice folks. Dragon 168 is located in Powder Springs, in the Publix shopping center on the corner of Richard Sailor's Parkway and New Macland Road. It's in a tiny slot just right from Publix. Usually this hole in the wall can scare you Chinese places, but I've been eating at Dragon 168 for years. The food was never anything but high quality through takeout standards, and the portions here are larger (the takeout containers overflow) compared to many other places. I can really recommend 't a certain item, as like most of these places, there are something like 20,000 elements on the menu, but so far I had not one thing that I would look bad. When you call, there is the accent problem where the owner who usually has answers still a heavy accent. So you have to do something?... what? with him a few times until you get used to it, but he understands English well. Order with the number next to the food item and you 'll be fine. So far, I didn't even screw her up a call order. You have a very tiny dining area, but it's just a few cheap tables and chairs, not where I feel like eating it to be honest, but they're there if you need and don't want to bring the stuff home. While these places are sometimes a dozen in the entire subway area, I recommend this particular location. Unless you are so picky that you pray to the anal god, you should be satisfied with what a few dollars will bring you here.
There are two Dragon 168 locations: one on New Macland and the other on Powder Springs Road. I don't believe they are connected. Personally, I prefer the New Macland location. Interestingly, the chefs and owners here were previously at the Powder Springs site, which many locals may remember since it has been around since 1999. I recognized the owner as soon as I walked in. The dining experience was just as delightful as I remembered, with generous portions. We enjoyed the Mongolian beef, shrimp and broccoli, hot spicy beef, and sesame chicken, all of which were delicious. The shrimp egg rolls were exceptional—large, fresh, and perfectly golden brown, setting them apart from others I've had. I can't wait to return, even after just leaving!
Always come here, have other similar places tried, but always come here!! Love you orange chicken!
Just pulled into the area a month ago. Was in the mood for some Chinese food and decided to review this place. I'm so glad I did. The food is delicious. Not fat. I have the shrimps of fried rice and they give you enough shrimp to keep a few portions. The shrimp roll is delicious along with its hot and acid soup. So far I played it safely and the next time I order, I will branch out and try some of their other dishes, but I already know that I will be completely satisfied.
Great food. The pick up experience is terrible. But the food more than makes up for the pickup fiasco. Yum! Recommend the shrimp egg rolls and Mongolian Beef.
