Waffle House - Powder Springs

The waitress was young at the day shift. did not use silverware the lame excuse, we went outside to treat a separate output, an official who had drawn in and that has nothing to do with this tusk her job and serve without doing silverware. Of course, to say my man tips super nice normally about the same we spend, but this tusche got a buck. we will never sit here or eat when she is present

My experience was 5 stars above the board. mari was the best waffle house waiter I've ever had. he was polite, efficient and human. the chef was on the ground with my all-star, all cooked to order perfectly. I hate that I forgot his name, so I'd write him out. this was the kind of experience they can only dream of. my hubby and I are completely satisfied. mari, you're the best!

I have had some less than stellar visits in the past, like everyone does at one time or another, but in the last few months, they have really improved. I think they have hired 3 new cooks who are doing a great job! I used to go there only every couple of months, but now I go 2 or 3 times a week. I am very impressed.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The food was served hot and promptly. Although there was an issue with my meal being served cold, the staff quickly rectified the situation by preparing a fresh order for me. This was not my usual dining experience, and I appreciated the prompt resolution of the problem.

My recent restaurant experience was not great. The waitress working the night shift had extremely long nails, which was the first red flag. She refused to take my order properly, trying to avoid having to go back and forth. Unsurprisingly, she got everything wrong. When I mentioned her nails, she insisted they were fine and waved them in my face, revealing her real, unhealthy, brown nails underneath the fake tips. When she served the food, her nails touched the plate and the food itself. I would not recommend her. People at nearby tables were even commenting on her nails. It seemed that the management was okay with her nails being way too long. The cook, however, was appropriately wearing a mask and gloves. This waitress could use some guidance.
