The Ranch House At Brasada Ranch

The food at Ranch House was flavorless and the meat was overcooked and dry. Our server was kind, but there was tension with the bartender who spoke condescendingly to our server in front of us. Specials were offered to some diners but not others. With entrees priced at over $30, we were disappointed by the lack of quality and service.

I had a wonderful experience at this casual restaurant. The Blackened Salmon burger was absolutely fantastic - moist and generously sized. The service is consistently excellent. Not to mention, the view is stunning, and the prices are very reasonable for such a great dining experience.

I concur with the other reviewers that during our visit in the summer of 2020, the food was below average. The hamburger we ordered was the worst we've had in a while, and it's not easy to mess up a burger. I cannot comment on dishes we didn't try, but I believe they could benefit from hiring a new chef and revamping their menu.

Definitely worth a visit. Breakfast, Lunch, Small Bites or Dinner are all great options. We will be back with each of our stays. Highlights were the crispy trout and pimento cheese app at dinner. Ranch breakfast and burrito for breakfast. Don't forget to try the deserts and daily pastries too.
