Ruby Tuesday - Powell

The waitress was terrible. it took them to show up forever to get our beverage order. they brought our waters back quickly. 15 minutes or so before we have ever seen them again and to get their attention to take our order. that were two salatbars. an island mai tai and a margarita. the salatable. lettuce all 4 species was old and began to become brown. was very low. they had 3 empty bowls on the salat, the Cheddar cheese and the ranch were empty. broccoli was so bitter that it was not editable. jalapeños had no taste and no heat. the sort was terrible. there was more dead space on the bar and then eat. wait for the waitress to bring our rucksack we noticed. the kerl put the cash on. everything tasted like before. the salat looked worse. the top 3 plates had orange sticky things above them. nothing fresh. the waitress has not been seen yet, from our 2nd plate. water has never been filled again. She didn't try to sell another drink. we sat there maybe 15 minutes with drinks and no scary. dirty dishes and glasses standing all over the little one. When the waitress finally showed up again, I had to fly her to the Getvpur check. she returns with the check and credit card reader. the minimum amount they can type is 20%, unless they change it while standing above it and honor it. I forgot to say that there were perhaps 8 other families in the restaurant. so they were not busy. mix drinks were great!

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday night and found it to be extremely dirty. There were hardly any customers there, which was not due to a rush. The tables were dirty and the floor around them was covered in food and spills. Despite being there for over an hour, the area was never cleaned. The plates on the table were smudged with fingerprints and dried food. We had to ask for new utensils because the forks we were given had dried food stuck on them. The chair I sat on started to break and the table was uneven. We overheard the waitress saying she was trying to find a way out of there. I don't like seeing so many unclean factors in a restaurant, especially visible ones because who knows how it is in the areas we can't see, like the kitchen. This was a disappointing experience. I have eaten at their other location in Alcoa and it was very good, but we will not be returning to this one. The $100 we spent here was the worst dining experience in a long time.

I ordered takeout from Ruby Tuesday and got their ribs. I asked for it medium-cooked, but the steak was completely gray and white. The macaroni was partly frozen, and the carrots looked like instant potatoes. It was clear that they were not fresh. Also, the steak was slimy and had a weird odor.

I never expected to find a local bar where I could relax without loud music. The bartender, Laura, was incredibly friendly and kept us entertained, along with her coworkers. The camaraderie among them was truly impressive. Some regulars also showed up, making it a fantastic night. The food was almost as good as the atmosphere.

Thanks laura. You rock an I need social interactions in my life. I found my place.. Hopefully we'll all get back to normal and you can have longer hour..
