Promise with other reviews that it does not deserve a 4 star claim. The floor in the room was indeed not super clean and I found a corner behind the curtains with dust. No working climate (or maybe we didn't know how to handle it). The beds were comfortable but equipped with cheap Ikea sheets. People at the reception are nice, but I missed 'extra kindness'. We loved breakfast and the lady who made it extra star for this. The location is also great, because this time we visited Vinohrady, Vyšehrad and Smíchov all on foot. Public transport, shops, bars and restaurants around!

The rooms were small, dated and dirty. Friends had no shower curtain in their room, but mine had a lower third of it was dirty and torn. There was no light in my hallway.

People at the reception are nice, but I missed 'extra friendliness '. We loved the breakfast and the lady hosting it extra star for this. The location is also great, because this time, besides the Old Town, we also visited Vinohrady, Vyšehrad and Smíchov all on walking distance. Public transport, shops, bar and restaurants around!
