Írjon visszajelzéstNice little restaurant. Location is very comfortable, bang opposite the Alcron Hotel and not very far, walking from the old town and the main attractions. This area is full of cafes and restaurants of local cuisine and Indian restaurant can give the right option if you are looking for different blends. The food is spicy for my taste of Indian meals, so make sure to ask a mild version while ordering: When we were there, AC did not work and it was hot. Warmth in the room and hot food is not my favorite combination. Delicious Mango Lassi though!
Not sure about all the reviews about rude staff, the guy who served me was very friendly and went out of his way to recommend a few places for me to visit in Prague and wanted to chat. Food was good, and prices were in the same range as many other choices around the area. A good experience overall.
The decor was a bit too crowded but food was fine. The person attending the guests was very nice and friendly. Garlic naan was very good, not the typical stretchy type. Dal Makhani was average. One can avoid the curry and opt for the dry chicken tikka as it has more flavours. Overall a good experience.
This restaurant is posing as an Indian restaurant but has no ethos and/or ethics of India. An extremely rude staff member meets you in the restaurant and his answer for everything is NO. No WiFi (though advertised outside), no complimentary tap water (normally part of meals due to spicy nature of food), NO to any request. Our neighbor guests on next table wanted vegan meals, the staff member was extremely unhelpful in suggesting what all vegan dishes are available. The restaurant claims to serve “Mughlai” food with dishes in names of Indian kings, queens and princesses but the food is not even Indian forget about being “Mughlai”. This restaurant is only tarnishing the name of India. India and Indians are known by their exemplary customer service but here was the rudest person serving in an Indian restaurant. Attached is the photo of bill they presented to us. Is it legal to give such bills in Czech Republic?
If you want food poisoning or salmonella, don’t forget to come here. Got the chicken curry last night before boarding 3 flights today- most excruciating experience of my trip. Would not recommend. It’s over priced and the staff is rude, on top of the inevitable vomiting that’ll go down the day after eating here.
