Panera Bread - Prairie Village

Pretty typical Panera. Decent food and pretty quick, the dining room could be better kept. Service is strange at some Paneras — they want you to use the kiosks, but don't have cups out and look at you goofy when you ask for one after checking out.

Worm in soup. Really gross. I am a frequent customer. After this it's going to be a NO for me

Dirty, dingy. Overly expensive. Better service if you use the self checkout.

Laura is a rude person, should not be in a management position. My order was totally wrong and I asked for a refund. She wouldn't give it. It took the area director Wade, catching me on my way out the door to tell her to provide me with a refund. I won't be back.

Pedro (both of them) is so sweet and helpful. I can't wait to enjoy a hot chocolate and duet during the cold weather.
