Írjon visszajelzéstI should have paid attention to the details. There’s a $7 per person reservation fee, even though there are plenty of free spots available nearby. When I inquired about what the $7 covered, I was told it was just for the privilege of having a reserved seat. While the food and drinks were enjoyable, charging $21 for a table when it wasn’t busy feels excessive. Other restaurants typically offer appetizers as part of their reservation fee.
Dinner was fun. drinks were magical. decorations much fun. I hope to go back to sippin santa next year!
Decor and thema were super sweet. eating and service were excellent!
First, our waiter did a great job and the food was the normal delicious Taco Republic fare. BUT—and it’s a big but—we paid $28 (for two adults and two kids) to reserve a table and it was not busy when we arrived. The decor was disappointing and not up to the level of other pop-up Christmas bars. I still like Taco Republic for the food, but do not go there for Sippin’ Santa.
I have to be honest, it was quite a disappointing experience. The food was below average; although it arrived quickly, one of the salsas tasted like marinara sauce, and the rest of the dishes lacked flavor. The service started off well, but they had to change waitstaff (which didn't bother us), yet the drinks took a long time to arrive and were somewhat inconsistent. The pricing didn't reflect the quality of the food. We also had to wait about 30 minutes for our check, and I had to go to the bar to ask them to track down our waitress. I’m not likely to return, but I will say their cups and decor were really cute!
