First time here severely underwhelmed. The host was incredibly nice hospitable. We were seated almost instantly. Server was kind quick. We unfortunately came during a night where service was understaffed. Waited an HOUR for our food. Disappointed to say the least. Portions are small price is not justifiable. $100?! I don’t think so. My husband’s crab cakes were a little flavorless my salmon tasted a little wet?? After waiting an hour being hungry we ate most of our plates, but I was about to leave. Cocktails are alright. I first asked for an espresso martini she later came back saying their espresso machine was downdisappointed overall underwhelmed. I do NOT recommend this place. The poor waitress was so kind it wasn’t her fault it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had dining out. She felt so bad she even offered a glass of wine on her. However, our waitress Jessica should have let us know what we were getting ourselves into. As a former waitress I would let my tables know ahead of time if the kitchen was backed up or if it was even worth it to dine in. I noticed another waitress clearly strugglingher tables waited so long to get their food. Management must be lacking terribly, after reading other reviews, this is clear. The manager is rude. Save your time AND money go somewhere else.
My husband and I ate here on a Friday night. We loved the low key live music and appreciated the interior decor. It was the perfect place for a date night. The Caesar salad, shrimp scampi pasta and Pinot Grigio was delicious. We also shared the blondie dessert in which we wanted more of it because it was so good. The service was great. We would definitely come back. Meal type: Dinner
Be warned. Only go here as a LAST option available. Slow service, higher than justified prices, rude owner, surcharge for using credit card without clearly notifying patrons upon entry, small portions, tacky decor (which didn 't really matter to me). So you can get a $13 hamburger with a small order of fries, and yes, with a fried egg on the burger. $13 plus tax, plus tip, plus a credit card add on fee. So let 's do the simple math here, $13X.10%tax= $14.30 20% tip= $17.16 oh we aren 't done yet, 3% credit card fee=$17.67..... for a hamburger with a couple lousy fries. Really? $17.67 for a lil ole hamburger?? Ok, I bought it, my fault, but it gets worse...... $25 for a pitcher of mimosa and $11 for French toast??? Really!? These days we live in are just lunacy and unimaginable, the owner was indignant, the server forgot the fries, the credit card fees were an insult, after all, I just spent $15 in gas bringing you my business and get charged 3% because I paid with a credit card? Here is a business tip,...offer a discount coupon upon return, not an insulting 3% credit card usage fee. Calculate the profit you missed. The owner said it wasn 't her fault because you can 't afford to pay with cash , (LOL) (as I sat there with $300 cash in my pocket, (which I offered to show her). So honestly, my negative reviews are as rare as hens teeth, but this time I am pushing back, this business should cease to exist.
DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION! They will get to you when ?they can? and take an hour and bring out cold food! Drinks take 30 minutes too. Our waitress Amanda lost her mind!
