Írjon visszajelzéstWhat I ordered: **35 Vegan House Signature Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon Chay Dac Biet)** I wanted to try these because they sounded interesting - a vegan egg roll wrapped in a spring roll? Yes, please! They had a fantastic combination of crispy and fresh textures. **43 Vegan Hue Spice Noodle Bun (Hue Chay)** This dish came with a choice of vegan chicken, vegan shrimp, or tofu. It was very flavorful and had a nice, spicy kick. I think the meat they used was shrimp, but the server didn’t ask for my preference, and I didn’t double-check the menu to confirm. My mistake! The texture was superb and tender, unlike some places that make their vegan options overly chewy. Be prepared to break a sweat with this dish! **Vegan Bubble Tea** 1. I wanted to order the bubble tea, but I found out I couldn't get the tapioca bubbles because they contain milk powder. 2. However, they can make the bubble tea vegan if you specify your request! Just keep in mind that the milk tea flavor is the one area where it won't be completely vegan. 3. The sugar cane used is quite sweet, so I wish I had asked for mine to be made with half the sweetness. Overall, I had a great experience minus the pho mishap, and I would definitely return to try more of the menu!
I recently visited a Vietnamese restaurant and the Pho was certainly on par with what I had in Vietnam. It was absolutely delicious! They offer a wide variety of vegan options, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, I noticed that the tap water is all alkaline water!
The absolutely best Pho I've ever had! They offer a vegan menu.
As a strict vegetarian, I absolutely love this restaurant! They offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian options, and the staff understands that fish sauce is not vegan! You can customize any dish to make it vegan, and everything tastes amazing. This is, without a doubt, my favorite Vietnamese restaurant of all time!
The server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vegan options on the menu. Here’s what I ordered: Firstly, I tried the vegan house signature spring rolls (Goi Cuon Chay Dac), which were delicious—a vegan egg roll rolled into a vegan spring roll? Yes, please! They had a fantastic balance of being crispy and fresh, and they were very affordable too. Next, I ordered the vegan Hue spicy noodle bowl (Bun Hue Chay), which comes with options including vegan chicken, shrimp, or tofu. It was incredibly flavorful and quite spicy! The filling they used (I think it was shrimp; I didn't specify my preference and didn't check the menu again to see that I had options) was very delicate and tasty. I really appreciated the texture, especially compared to other places that overcook their vegan options. Be prepared to work up a sweat with this dish! For my drink, I ordered a vegan bubble tea. Just a couple of notes: 1. They do not offer vegan smoothies because they use milk powder in the mix. 2. However, you can order vegan bubble tea if you specify that you want it that way! The only exception is the military taste, so be sure to ask about that. 3. The sugar cane they use is quite sweet. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for mine to be half sweet. Overall, despite not getting the vegan pho, I had a great experience and enjoyed my meal!
