Le Cedre - Predeal

Booked in to the hotel The restaurant Le Cedre was open we were told at the reception. We took a rest and went to the restaurant Ordered serving with Grouse direct from the Forrest , the water told that it would min to prepare such, the person who ordered said ok , se had a former frozen chicken served direct from the oil bath and no spices used at all. Ordered serving with salmon from the charcoal grill, was served a piece of salmon which had been on the grill far too long , lots of too much heat , and no spices used at all. Ordered serving with vegetarian grilled vegetables , which also had been a bit too long on the grill and no spices added at all. Ordered serving with a grilled black trout from the grill, had a trout served from the grill but no spices used at all. We ordered portions of French fries to the Grouse, Salmon and the Trout. The French fries arrived direct from the oil-bath and no spices used at all , and was served after we finished eating the meat/fish. We complained to the waiter our two friends are Romania citizens but the waiter didn’t not care at all. That was the first and last time in that restaurant , now you have been warned.

Very good services, good oriental food. Some parking problems. Little bit noisy atmosphere. Friendly personal

It was a pleasure to take a romantic dinner in a nice atmosphere with kind staff and of course, good food. They have an Egyptian chef, not many Lebanese meals but good. You can find here also Romanian food.I felt well!
