Amazing service. Pizzas are made fresh. Make a special trip here to treat me with a pizza and Cheesy chips from steers. It's an amazing combination.

Constantly an issue to get my order, no communication, can't get through to the store. This happens every time I order. Can't track on the app or website. Update: when my food eventually showed up, this is what it looked like. And it was cold.

The prize for being the rudest cashier and one who ignores customers and delivery drivers goes to the cashier on duty tonight . Eventually the chef in the white jacket came to ask my order. Service terrible! Always! Foid good

The service was terrible, I came to collect my order and the guy that was there (light skinned, bit tall and wearing a steers shirt) told me to go to the till in a rude manner, at first I decided to not think much of it and went to the till. When I got to the till I asked to pay and the young lady said sit down for a few minutes am still busy, keep in mind my order was ready some time ago and she's not even serving any one I understand the stuff may be busy at times but these two people were rude but I decided to sit down. 10 minutes later I ask the guy if he would help me so I can just pay and leave but he frowned and very rudely told me to go to the lady, I went back to the lady and she was also rude saiying can't I see she's busy even the other customers are waiting, firstly unless am wrong isn't the stuff supposed to serve as much customers as they can to keep the business going? Yet these were just telling us to sit down. When I finally got the pizza it looked burnt and just had a lot of sauce. This is a great reason for me to stop eating fast foods and just cook.

Awful!!! I ordered the food at 18:15 over the app and got the food only at 20:40. This has happened to me before at this specific store. I know sometimes food will take longer than expected, but 2 and a half hours is just insane.
