Javadotcup - Prince Rupert

The staff bend over backwards to give you the best service possible. I use crutches to get around and there is never any question about bringing my coffee to my table as that is the only self-serve item unless you get a specialty coffee. I was there the day that Rodgers was down and while I was able to pay cash for my coffee, when my guest arrived the owner gave me credit for her coffee as I'm a regular. The coffee is always fresh, which is important because I take mine black. I had an oatmeal raisin cookie that day which was nice soft and gooey. My guest defiled her coffee with cream and sugar but said it was great. Java.cup is my go-to place for a light lunch or coffee with friends. Me and my friends have been known to close the place but never felt rushed to leave.

We were there on June 7th, 2022. I bought food for myself and my husband. Paid with my credit card. That same day fraudulent charges started appearing on my bank account. Attempts to use my credit card number at a gas station, some fake scam location, and several other places. Thankfully, my bank restricted my credit card. Seedy place. The food was mediocre. It was not worth the risk. Do not go there. I am so glad I'd never set foot at that place ever again!

Java.com is the perfect place to visit with friends. The coffee is amazing and so is the food. It's wonderful to get authentic Japanese food as well.The service is excellent and always with a smile. I've never felt rushed, even when the coffee with friends lasts a few hours.

Good food. Great service. We arrived just as they were closing but they invited us in anyway. Food was v. Good but there service was top rate. We will be back.

I come here quite often when I am up in Prince Rupert for work. They make delicious, quick Japanese food and are always really friendly. A cozy spot on a rainy Prince Rupert day for a snack or a cup of coffee too.
