Chili's Grill Princeton

The Roadhouse restaurant serves Tex-mex and American classics. While the food is a step up from fast-food quality, the free nachos may disappoint with deep-fried chips and a salty tomato sauce rather than salsa. It's best to pass on this appetizer.

The food was delicious. Our server was a bit busy, as she had to assist in the bar for a short time. Despite this, our wait for our food was not long and we received good service.

The food and drinks were tasty and served quickly. Kelly, my server, was very friendly.

Great customer service, a decent menu but I will say they could offer more in the way of dishes that aren't necessarily spicy for those that can't or don't do heavy spice. Food was great minus the honey Chipotle chicken. Overall good experience ????

I really like their new burgers but 2/3 last times I?ve been here the service has been horrible. The last time I asked for the check and the waiter just left. I eventually flagged someone else down to check out after 15 minutes. This was on top of generalin inattentiveness and uncleared tables.
