Írjon visszajelzéstFood was very good but they forgot one of our entrees (a salad) and the rest of us were finished before they made the salad and served it. Also, our waitress avoided us after the mistake was made. I would recommend next time trying to do something to compensate rather than avoiding.
An interesting discovery in Princeton with a great brunch/lunch menu. Excellent service and a great treatment of the classics like eggs benedict.
Overall, not worth it. Food was ok, although apps were better than entrees (my steak was very grisly). Service was really bad, our server was incompetent and even when we pointed out he served olive oil to us with rosemary in it that we told him one of us was allergic to, he did not even apologize. Very disappointing underwhelming experience.
Food at every course was very good. They have an interesting list of mock-tails that we enjoyed and also enjoyed the option to BYO. The night we went there was live music during dinner, which we very much enjoyed.
We have eaten at Ficus 3x. This experience was a bit disappointing. The server was fantastic in that she was extremely nice and checked in often but unfortunately she was a newer server and we felt rushed. Our appetizers were good, especially the beets. The burrata appetizer was good but the potato appetizer was just okay. Our main meal came way to quickly after our appetizers. I had the sea bass which was just good, nothing special. The beef was a bit fatty, the cauliflower curry had a nice flavor but it was served as a huge chunk and needed to be cooked more. Our main meal plates were still on the table when the server brought a dessert out for our birthday girl. Although everyone is very friendly there just needs to be a little more thought into the food and the timing. It has potential but for the high prices our expectations are higher.
