<br/ <br/ The staff are amazing and provide great customer service, they always great us with a smile and are attentive and ready. <br/ <br/ The restaurant layout is one of the best I have experienced for a sushi train, with booth seating for our family to enjoy a good meal in a more traditional social setting ‍‍‍ <br/ <br/ Just like all sushi trains it is quite costly, especially when going out for a family ‘meal’. However, their VIP membership cards really improve its affordability.<br/ <br/ The sushi train is always full, even when they are at their busiest. On the rare occasion that something isn’t available the staff are up and ready to take any orders and provide you with anything on the menu!<br/ <br/ Will 100% be back soon

Our experience at Jiro has been hit and miss. Lunch on a weekend is always great with superbly fresh sushi and a much bigger range. In the evening, we prefer to order off the menu because the variety isn’t as diverse and we find many of the plates on rotation aren’t as fresh ie the rice is no longer warm or is dehydrating

Great variety of sushi choices. Crispy chicken comes with the chicken curry udon, but the curry soup is a bit diluted and disappointing. Great and efficient service.

Nice decor, staff were kind and courteous. The food was fresh tasting and presented on par with other sushi belt restaurants around town. Price was also fine, ranging from $3-6 with plenty of variety at each level. Service was reasonably fast when ordering through the menu. I had the aburi salmon pictured) which was some of the best I 've tried. It was fatty flavoured in a great way and not overcooked. The octopus balls and okinomiyaki ? seafood pancakes) were delicious too, served with actually dancing dried bonito on top. It danced for ages and had me captivated. Also my boyfriend 's take on the place: 'The flavours were on point. Taste wise, it was dope '. The music was a nice change from the usual sushi train piano, slightly more up to date. Would be nice if there was a tiny bit more variety and fewer modern 'love ' songs which we all know are whiny). Not the establishments fault, honestly. A single step to the left on that part will lead to 100% satisfaction for me, as I 'm currently at 98%.

Loved it! I didn't even know this place existed till a friend of mine recommended it. I've driven past this small bank of shops so many times and have only ever noticed pizza shop. This restaurant was a bit out of the CBD, but once inside the atmosphere was nice. The food was reasonably good, and the prices were quite good for the taste. chips were amazing hadn't had them that way before.Food was very good fresh well prepared sushi with some tasty grilled and fried dishes. Service and ambience are so so. Inattentive waiters with several things forgotten. Nice people who fixed things quickly when told. The staff are so attentive but not at all pushy. Every dish was served at the right time and we weren't besieged by all at once. Everything was tasty including the drinks.This is not like a sushi train and is a restaurant style. Very very nice. Definitely will be back soon..
