Mcdonald's M4 West - Prospect

This is the second time I've had items missing from my order and there is no way to turn around once you exit to drive back and get it.

The tables were not cleaned properly, and the service was average, not exceptional. I went there just for a cup of coffee, as I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, but it is usually quite clean.

This place is unacceptable. There were no clean tables available to sit at, and the service was terrible. I noticed trash sitting in bags near the beverage preparation area, and the staff simply kicked it aside to make drinks. This is not just a workplace health and safety issue; I will be reporting this to Health NSW.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location on a Sunday morning at 7:20 AM while trying to grab breakfast for my kids before soccer practice. The restaurant was in a shocking state of cleanliness; all the tables were dirty, and there were food scraps and rubbish scattered on the floor. The McCafe area was particularly uninviting, with hot chocolate and sugar containers left open, and a tray of warm milk just sitting on the counter. When I politely asked if someone could clean a table for us, the staff rolled their eyes and eventually wiped down just one table, leaving all the others still dirty. Despite having doubts about ordering, I went ahead because I needed to get food for the kids, and this was our only option at the time. Amazingly, we were the only customers in the store, yet we waited over 25 minutes for our order. To make matters worse, I saw a staff member arrive for her shift in the McCafé and begin making coffees with the same opened warm milk that was there when we arrived. The overall service was appalling, and the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I genuinely wouldn't be shocked if someone got sick from the food or drinks purchased here. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

There was trash everywhere. It's obvious that management has neglected to keep the place clean.
