Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Prosper

I've had a positive experience with everyone I've encountered at this restaurant; they have all been friendly. At the end of the day, they even made a fresh pot of sweet tea for my little one. The only reason I couldn't give them a full five stars is that it tends to be freezing inside! Also, be aware that they close early on Mondays to give their kitchen staff a break, as many local businesses are facing staffing challenges.

I had a 30-minute wait (and I'm not exaggerating) for a take-out order on a weeknight, so I can confidently say that Fuzzy's is definitely NOT fast food. We ordered tacos and a burrito; both were of decent quality and taste, but the wait just wasn’t worth it. From what I could see, there were about six staff members, but it seemed like they were short-handed in the kitchen. The restaurant wasn't even full, and I noticed three other groups waiting just as long as I was. I see that Fuzzy's is trying to capture that Cabo Cantina, SoCal beach Mexican vibe, which is cute, but they really need to improve the speed of service from when customers place their orders to when they actually receive them.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the lunch enchilada special—it was absolutely delicious! It even includes a drink, and you can pick your own side dishes as well!

No quesadillas due to ?short on cheese?. but yet there was a girl employee sitting at front with chin in hand, doing nothing. (Pic didn?t capture this) keep in mind this location is right next to Kroger. why wouldn?t manager send her to get cheese ratherthan take quesadillas off the menu for the day? looks like bad management to me.

I came here for lunch durring the week, the place is clean and not busy at all. Service was fine even though clearly short staffed. I didn't have any issues other than its really cold inside the restaurant. Food came out promptly and was pretty tasty.Tacos had plenty of meat and were correctly prepared. For a drop in lunch this was perfect and it was cheap.
