This is the worst experience. I placed an online food order at 5 o'clock for a 1 pm pickup, and they were unable to have it ready. They admitted to lying about the readiness of my order. I have never encountered a problem like this with other restaurants. If they are unable to keep up with demand, they should not offer the service. It was a waste of time and gas to deal with them. They are just as bad as Walmart. I recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether.
