Smoothie King - Prosper

I got a really gross smoothie last visit, turns out it was actually what I ordered. They remade it without any fuss, with some better ingredients and it was great.

Came to this place today walked in and said hello to the ladies. They looked at me and rolled their eyes. I don’t know that was apart of your customer service. Shame I actually use to love coming to this one.

After waiting for over 20 mins, l was told they couldn’t find my receipt. This was interesting especially since the 2 people who were before me and 5 who came after me got their drinks. Plus, get this! The server who took my order actually asked me if l wanted my receipt!!!! Unfortunately for me, l figured all was well and said no. To cut a long story short, even after giving it another 10 mins, my order was still not made. At the end of my patience and angry at myself that l didn’t leave sooner, l went to cancel the order and miraculously, both drinks were produced.Being the only person of color there, I was nearly inclined to think they racist. But no, l think that’s what happens when you hire a bunch of high school students who don’t know what customer service is. No apologies, no sorry about the mixup, etc. Nothing. A couple of the servers were actually laughing at me with their friend who came to visit. Needless to say, never ever coming here again.

Service is good and not much wait time. It's refreshing but taste is ok not exceptional.

I walked in and there was about 5 or 6 teenagers behind the counter and I was the only customer. They completely ignored me. After standing there for almost 5 minutes at the register, I had to actually ask hello can I order? . Then one of the teenagers finally steps up to the register and says yes .... Only for her to immediately turn around and talk to the other workers about a football game. None of them acknowledged me. I again asked well are you going to take my order or not? Like I 've never walked into a store and been completely ignored and thought I was just better off walking out. But I walked in carrying my 2 year old looking to get a smoothie for her. Like whatever manager on duty this afternoon/evening was not doing their job. The workers did not want to be there and I will find somewhere else to get smoothies because my money clearly was not good enough here.
