Taco Bueno - Prosper

Today, we visited the Taco Bueno located at Custer and 380, hoping it would be better than the original spot at Virginia and 75. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I decided to switch things up and waited another 10 minutes. I'm not sure if it was just an off day for them, but the staff was moving incredibly slowly. I noticed one man returning his order and another customer telling the cashier that he had been waiting for over 20 minutes. My order was nothing out of the ordinary, but it seemed like they were running low on cheese and meat because my nachos barely had any. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

I ordered the beef nacho salad along with a patty taco, and while eating the nacho salad, I found a piece of plastic in my food. I'm sharing this because I'm pregnant, and that could have posed a serious risk to me and my unborn child. Please, everyone, make sure to check your food. I reached out to someone who claimed to be the manager, but he sounded very young and didn't seem to care or take the situation seriously. I'm really disappointed with Taco Bueno. I'm taking a picture of this.

Thank you, Taco Bueno! I just visited the drive-thru, and the service was fantastic and truly appreciated. The woman at the drive-thru, who had a lovely personality, was outstanding. The lady taking orders at the speaker also did an excellent job. I will definitely return to enjoy the amazing food! The construction on the street in front of the restaurant isn't a big issue for me. The food and service are absolutely worth it!

Not only do they actually offer not only some of the elements on the drive-thru menu, but they are rude in the answer, I also ended with a wrong order/miss items. I wonder how it is an adult with full-time job in a fast food restaurant.

Such great service and great place for lunch. The meant and beans were very fresh and their salsa is tasty ?
