I have to now give you a very poor review. The waitress we had was great and the food was great. However, a certain waitress who had the designation of the leadership team on her name badge made a racist remark and should have been minding her own business in the first place. Frankly, I 'm ashamed for your establishment. If you want, I have their names.

Three stars, because it took three tries to get a rare steak today. Eating alone is no fun. Service by the wait staff was great. Service by the managers and kitchen was well below average. What was so terrible is that I wanted to remember my late brother-in-law with a steak dinner with his widow, my sister. She ate alone, while we kept trying to get my ribeye cooked as ordered. Kind of awful.

Tonight they were offering free grilled shrimp with every steak. Great! We order our meals along with two glasses of red wine. The server asked how many shrimp we wanted, in mutiples of three. We thought, wow, and asked for nine. The meal itself was excellent. Bone in ribeye and filet were superb, as was everything else. However, the server, without asking, upgraded the wine to Texas Pour, which added $3 to each glass. They also failed to say that only three shrimp was free and only if you hand pick your steak from the front, and so charged us for them. The sign near the front did not say that either. I brought this all up to the server and he said he always upgrades the drinks. No, no, no. You do not automatically upgrade without asking. I didn't ask to have the wine comped, but did ask for the shrimp to be. He only took off one. So I walked over to the GM and explained the situation, and she rectified it. I've been to a couple of different locations and have never had a bad experience. This absolutely was. They were very busy, but this is unacceptable. We will never be back to this location. Check your bill before you pay, people.

Their online waitlist is completely unreliable and will take your name off at any moment. I had been waiting for over 70 minutes and got the text to come in. As I come in I show them the confirmation number and the text and they tell me they see nothing and that they can add me back to the 1hr waitlist… I’ve eaten there many times before without using this system and it’s okay but this ruined a big night for me.
