UPDATE: A few minutes after posting this they sent me a message letting me know they addressed the problem and thanking me for bringing it to their attention. Great responsiveness by the management. It's good to know they care about even the little complaints. I'll definitely be back. Bahama Bucks has better than average shaved ice. The employees, on the other hand, need some serious training. I have been there 5 or 6 times in the last 3 months (yes, I have an addiction to shaved ice). I loved it the first few times. Maybe they got some new employees or something. The last time, I got home from the drive thru and found out that literally the entire middle of the shaved ice was completely white. No flavor at all. Not just a little bit flavorless; I'm talking completely white, plain ice in the entire center, all the way down. When you pay $4 for flavored ice, you expect it to be flavored. But I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I actually messaged them and let them know hoping they would make sure all the employees knew how to properly flavor the ice. My husband just brought me another one tonight. Much, much better on the flavor. Two problems, though: 1. the guy totally forgot the spoon. 2. After giving the employee our punch card, he literally RE-PUNCHED the first hole again. Like... do you really think if my husband hands you a rewards card that he already has, that it hasn't already been punched from the last time? Let's use a little common sense here. I mean, each punch is only like $0.50 so it's not that big of a deal, but I just feel like the employees are a little careless sometimes, or maybe they just aren't paying attention. Anyway, like I said, good shaved ice, but they need to step it up a little bit.

I tried it today and I will definitely be back! The Bahama Colada was awesome! I’m already craving another one!

Bahamas Bucks is an incredible spot that serves the finest sno cones and smoothies around. They host fun competitions, such as their hidden Easter egg hunt, where my daughter found the first egg this year. We've been coming here for quite some time and plan to keep returning because we love their sno cones and all the delicious flavors they offer! The atmosphere is fun, the prices are great, and the selection is massive. Definitely give them a try—you won't be disappointed!

My favorite place to hang out! They have the best service and the most delicious shaved ice! I often wish they had a location in Springville, but maybe it’s for the best that they don’t—otherwise, I’d be there every day!
