Pizza Hut - Provo

When it finally did, the pizza was overcooked, had no sauce, was as thin as paper, and tasted like cardboard. The cheesy bread was also overcooked, with the cheese brown and crispy. To make matters worse, I ordered a 2-liter bottle of 7 Up, but instead received two 20-ounce bottles. Overall, I was very unhappy with the quality of the food and service, especially given the ridiculous price we paid for it.

I strongly recommend considering another place for your order. I ordered pizza at 6 PM on a Sunday, with a promised delivery time of 30 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half, I had to call to check the status of my order, only to find out they didn’t have a delivery driver and hadn’t even made the pizza. It’s really not worth your time to order from such a poorly managed establishment.

We were traveling and got into town later than I expected. I called the restaurant close to closing time, and they were still willing to deliver. Thank you for helping this mom feed her kids!

Very lousy customer experience!!! I order a pizza and chicken alfredo on their online site, get told that my pizza will be delivered by 4:45 that day, then it never gets delivered. I call the location at 5:00 to ask why my pizza wasn't delivered, butthe girl who answered the phone HUNG up on me TWICE in a row, and then when I call a third time, I get a computer voice sayingthat the store is CLOSED, even though the website clearly claims that the location is open for another 3 hours that day. PizzaHut offers NO food even though your credit card will still be charged the full amount, and their thieving employees willinstantly hang up on you when you try calling them to find out why you were charged, but never given any food. This companydeserves to go out of business and no one will ever miss them when they're gone.

No wonder this franchise is trash. Just look at the reviews and decide for yourself. There is a pattern of not only poor quality, but also terrible customer service. Where are you hiring these employees from? Just off the streets w/out training?Franchisee can't care less. Don't go there!
