Ruby River Steakhouse Provo

Ribeye steak was outstanding. Ask for freshly grated horseradish. Rack of ribs were very tasty and succulent on the inside but the outside was a little tough. Asparagus, mushrooms, sweet potato fries, and caesar salad were all very good. Our server was excellent

They refused to recognize my online reservation. Said they were trying to get rid of those. They were annoying. Said I could wait minutes like everyone else. Had no explanation for how I made the reservation if they were getting rid of them. Did not stay. Will NEVER go there

Our server Gabe was the best! The rest of the experience was poor. We booked online and when we got there we were told they stopped doing that but they could cut our wait to minutes. We waited because everywhere else was booked. The food came out quickly but was not good, the steaks had no flavor. Gabe our server was fast and polite and we never had an empty glass. He had a large section to take care of and he was flying around to everyone to keep people happy. Great job Gabe!

We made a reservation on line, which was confirmed with a confirmation number. When we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. We showed her our reservation confirmation number. Your attendant apologized and said we would be seated as a party of six after one other party of six. In about twenty minutes, the lobby had cleared and the other party of six either left or was seated. Your attendant then came up to us and asked if we had a reservation ??????? I informed her that not only had we had a reservation, but she took our information just twenty minutes before!!!!!! We saw at least five tables which were empty. It still took another ten minutes to seat us! Per our food order, one of our members did not received the potato side ordered until we finally caught a waiter and asked her to bring it

The food was good. It would be nice with more salad entrees, and pasta type choices and it could have been cleaner. We had a fun time with or group. Ruby River really should do some more dynamic advertising and specials. Provo lacks in the area of good restaurants. Too many fast food places
