Írjon visszajelzéstI made a reservation on Open Table, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that I didn't have a reservation. Making a reservation on Open Table apparently is the equivalent of being put on the wait list, so we still had to wait 20 minutes when we arrived. People not on the waitlist had to wait for 40 minutes, so it coulda been worse.. Aside from that, it was a great experience. The food, service were excellent!
It was very hot in the restaurant. Holly the waitress was overwhelmed with the heat and amount of customers. Drinks came out watered down. Food was 3 stars.
Our server was sweet but inexperienced and apparently not trained. Food descriptions were inaccurate and there was no follow up. The filet skewers were terrible cuts and without flavor. I have been there a few times before with 4 star service food. Perhaps a bad night for them.
I was not impressed by restaurant seemed a little dirty, the lamps on the table has dust on them and straw papers under lamp. Dry messy. The food was good and cooked as we ordered, I was not impress with the looks overall. Probably for the price would not go back.
This location does not fully honor Open Table reservations. When we arrived on time for our reservation we were told that we were on a waiting list and that our wait was cut in half; instead of the 30-40 minute wait that others were given we were given 15-20 minutes. Not what I expect when I make a reservation. If they don 't accept reservations for smaller parties this should be made clear in advance.
