Pj's Coffee - Pueblo West

My wife and I visited this coffee shop for the first time today and enjoyed our coffee lunch experience! One of the staff was patiently friendly to answer my questions about the phone when I looked at them, the location was convenient at the intersection of Highway 50W Purcell Blvd. in Pueblo West, there were many parking spaces, the front of the restaurant looked beautiful and colorful, we were greeted at entering, the coffee shop was bigger than it saw from outside, they had many different types of convenient seating and a sufficient number of electric outlets

Love the atmosphere. The coffee is great! It's a great place to meet others and offers a quiet place to get work done. I had a mocha velvet iced coffee, (frappachino) and it was just as delicious as Starbucks. Great to have in Pueblo West, and it's right next door to Baskin Robbins so you could get ice cream after!!!!

The staff is friendly, and the interior is always clean and inviting. They have a fantastic selection of beverages, and if you're unsure about what to choose, just ask—they're more than happy to help you find something you'll enjoy. I usually go for the seasonal velvet ice cream drink, which is delicious, and I also love their scones. The photo here features their s'mores velvet ice cream. The only downside is that they’re located in Pueblo West; I really wish they would open another location in Pueblo. However, it's definitely worth the trip!

What a lovely coffee shop! I had a cold brew, which was tasty but not too strong. I really enjoy the atmosphere, and they also offer cookies and other treats. The service was incredibly fast—my cold brew was gone in just a minute! I can't wait to try their hot drinks next time.

I tried her February Latte special, and it was both unique and delicious. I can't wait to return and sample more of the menu. Despite the closure of Hailey, it seems you have a consistent flow of customers, so be prepared for a bit of a wait in the driveway and inside. On my first visit back, I can confidently say the wait is worth it!
