Mcdonald's - Pueblo

The restaurant was extremely busy, and almost every order seemed to include a request for the popular Crazy 4 Eyes toy. I ordered two adult Happy Meals, but I was informed that there were no boxes available. The young man who took my order was very courteous. Instead of boxes, the meals came in simple bags. If you're looking to collect the toys but don’t mind not having the box, that's an option. For those interested in vegetarian choices, I recommend always asking how the food is prepared, as many places do tend to cross-contaminate their food prep areas.

"My dining experience was enjoyable, with quick service on the day I visited, likely due to a well-staffed shift. The app should allow users to redeem multiple deals simultaneously. It’s a child-friendly place; my kids appreciated the toys included in the Happy Meals. As for parking, there were plenty of spaces available, and it was easy to access each one. I have dietary restrictions, and I had no issues while ordering. When I forgot to request a bunny, they even thoughtfully placed it in a small flat container for me."

The food was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly. However, it took over 30 minutes for my meal to arrive, even though it was only 6:45 PM on a Saturday.

Eating was good, the staff was polite. there are times that the journey takes too long if there are only a few cars. but that's alive.

Hate when lobby is closed. My biggest complaint. I worked a McDonalds next to Six Flags Great Adventure, Jackson NJ for years and we NEVER were allowed to close anything. We would run through thousands of orders per shift. THOUSANDS. When Hurricane Sandy hit, we got up and running and served thousands of meals, NEVER closing. Not only is the New Genersrion of young Americans weak and lazy, they can't even make hamburgers and fries! I CANT WAIT FOR FULL automation and loss of franchises to owners that don't care about anything but bottom line. In over 30 years, I've NEVER seen franchises run so horribly. FOLKS, CALL CORPORATE OUT OF STATE AND COMPLAIN!!!!!
