My Little Italy - PUERTO MORELOS

This has always been the absolute best place for pizza in PM ..... HOWEVER we spoke with the owner today and he has closed permanently. He loved bringing the flavors and tastes of his home country to the area but has decided that it is time for him to travel and enjoy the next season of his life. I will miss My Little Italy and wish him and his family the best.

Las pizzas son muy ricas. Amigable para niños: No hay mucho espacio. Sin embargo, el lugar es tranquilo y las mesas tienen buen espacio. Ordered sautéed shrimp. They were served in garlic butter sauce with shells on. Very messy to eat but I gave it my best. First two I attempted had not been cleaned at all—unclean and unappetizing. The third I tried was mushy (indicates spoiled seafood). I left the dish. The server asked me why I didn’t eat it. I was candid. The cook came out and I explained to him as well. No one offered to remove the charge from the bill. No one offered an alternative dish. Bottom line, maybe best to order pizza here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$400–500

Nuestra experiencia fue diferente a la de varias personas : pedimos una pasta bolognesa que estaba demasiado insípida al menos esa no la pidan) íbamos por la lasagna pero ya no había, también pedimos el pan de ajo y nos tocó quemado. La cerveza esa si bien fría. El servicio nos tocó excelente! Super amables y rápidos. El lugar está bonito y agradable! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$200–300

Es el PEOR restaurante en el que he estado. Absolutamente no lo recomiendo. No pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero si vienen a Puerto Morelos. Pedí 2 pizzas y solo hicieron 1. La hostess y la mesera fueron mentirosas y groseras; nunca aceptaron el error. Nos tuvieron esperando más de 1 hora y ni siquiera habían comenzado a hornear la pizza. No ofrecieron ninguna compensación por la pérdida de mi tiempo. Jamás regresaré. La hostess fue incapaz de ofrecer una disculpa o alguna compensación.
