Sally and I first came here in March of 2022, and bought some donuts to celebrate my cousin's birthday. The place was packed, and the food smelled so good, we knew we would be back to eat here on our next trip. Today we brought our friends, Terry and Eileen, who introduced us to Puerto Penasco about a year ago, and had the BEST experience! All of the employees are super friendly and helpful and we had the opportunity to meet Marilyn, the daughter of the Owners. We had a wonderful breakfast of some local dishes, and ordered a waffle to share for dessert. Marilyn came to our table to check on us, and make sure everything was okay. We struck up a conversation because we were curious about how they got started, and how long they've been in business. They started as a Bakery and Coffee Shop in 2000, and expanded to include breakfast and lunch about 11 years ago. She was so kind as to have us try one of there special cakes, with a rich cream drizzle and caramel filling, and the French Toast made from homemade bread covered in chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, blueberries, strawberries and ice cream.
