Tio Pan - Puerto Plata

Muy buena comida, very good food. The passion fruit morisoñando was for dying. The Philly cheese steak was very good caramelized taste, but the bread was a little hard. The Mofongo was also a little dry and difficult to swallow. The Pommes were the best we ever had. And put everyone on the nerves! The Tres Leches were so milky and soft and tasty, almost melted in my mouth and drank. If you don't like casual desserts, maybe try something else. But honestly, the Tres Leches was TOO good. Service was a little slow, but we came right before closing so it makes sense.

Came here while on holiday because I wanted Mangu and not disappointed. Lately, the service around other Puerto Plata restaurants has been disappointing, perhaps because of Kovid, but not in Tio Pan. Service and food were great. The waiter was very attentive, our food came fast and everything was delicious.

Delicious food and service, from the beach grape smoothness, to the laugh Torre Alta and the passion fruit mousse! I definitely come back to repeat, and try other dishes! Appropriate prices and comfortable ambience!

Excellent food and service. My fiance and I come here every week. My favorites are the crepes (Tio Patricio with chicken and bacon), the burgers and the goat (Chivo Picante Tio Pan). I have eaten goat meat twice before in my life and I HATED it and vowed never to eat it again, but the way Tio Pan prepared their's was different and so good. Kind of spicy, but not too much and super tender and full of flavor. Of course, it's a panderia and in my opinion, their pastries and cakes are second to none in this area. Always a pleasant, family friendly atmosphere. Always a good experience.
