The owners of this charming restaurant on the beach are traveled internationally, one of which is a very renowned chef, and the other is a native of puerto vallarta.
We love eating here. our first visit was probably about 25 years ago during the festivals gourmet, when a Swiss cook visited and some of his signature had special selections on the menu, and I think his influential can still be seen today. we started with six orders of escargots, which are presented in small pastries covered teetassen. no fight with shells and clips! my brother-in-law always asks for maspfanne to clean up the delicious crimp butter. next I had the classic French twill soup, which was a beautiful large bowl in classic style with a big cryon with a cap Swiss cheese, and there was no lack of beautiful crispy cheese. my entree was the seafood trilogy of three gigantic garlic butter roasted garnel, several brooded scalopps and a filet of red snapper with linguini in a Alfredo-like sauce. too full for one of their delicious desserts.
Very good. but not the dirty Americans running on their table without mask to see how it is eating! It's like I don't know you and wear a mask.
Great location and very professionally run. This is with some margin the best managed kitchen in PV. The food is consistently good, if only they would update that meny which is stuck in the 80s and exchange some of the heavy Alpine offerings for some tropical vibrancy and I would award an elusive 5 star.
