Went there after long time, seen huge improvements. Food quality is excellent, got my order very quickly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staff off sick,no signage on locked door to explain,always waiting on online and drive thru,customers queing for ages,happens frequently,foods nice thou,came in today a lady friend worker or relative jumping all over the place in the way of waiting customers and yelling loudly likes shes at a party,poor service.

It seems service guidelines don't exist here, today when going through the very slow drive through, none of the 3 face to face employees said hello or smiled.. and only one actually spoke to me. To pay, I had the eftpos thrust out while they looked the other way. Same when I received the meal. Totally rude, and I guess in keeping with youth of the now. One probably shouldn't expect much from people working in a burger chain, but we used to right? Upon highlighting to the last employee how none of them had even said hello or been remotely friendly, that one slammed the window shut and walked off. This is nothing out of the ordinary to happen in many low requirement jobs, but this one was like a real doozey. Oh it must be a hard life being a munter with no options working in fast food.

The staff serving this afternoon (Sunday 29/12/24) were fantastic! Smiling, with friendly greetings and interacting with customers not just handing out food . It was a pleasure to be there. Thank you so much Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
