Birch Barley - Pullman

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and the dessert options were fantastic. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and style of the restaurant, it had a spacious and open layout.

This restaurant is located close to the college campus. They offer affordable prices. We ordered the pork chop, steak, and tomato soup, all of which were delicious. I was disappointed that the hamburger only came in a half size.

The atmosphere at the bar was enjoyable, with helpful staff providing good service. However, the food was only average despite a diverse menu. Perhaps the kitchen was having an off night.

This restaurant truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most consistent dining spots in the area. They offer an American gastrobistro menu exclusively through a QR code system, requiring diners to bring their phones to the table. The indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and beautiful, featuring a bar area and an inviting atmosphere. The food is delicious, particularly the bretzel appetizers, but it seems that everything could benefit from a little more cooking time. The burger was on the rare side, and our artichoke dinner was lukewarm, as was the French dip. While the dishes tasted good overall, these minor details can greatly impact the dining experience. The pet-friendly terrace is a plus, perfect for dog-watching.

I visited this restaurant twice over the weekend and it is definitely one of the best in Pullman. I tried the boneless sweet chili curry wings and they were amazing! On my second visit, I had the Abby Chicken sandwich along with a well-made Bloody Mary. Erin was our server for both meals and her service was excellent, striking a perfect balance between friendly and professional.
