Insomnia Cookies - Pullman

Unbelievable! I'm vegan and ordered 20 cookies, along with 3 non-vegan cookies for my friend. When I opened my box, I noticed that the vegan cookies were carefully placed in a separate small paper bag. The attention to detail and care for the customer is remarkable, and I've consistently had this positive experience with Insomnia. The vegan cookies are delicious, the delivery is prompt, and the overall customer experience is fantastic. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars—I absolutely love this place!

My cookies were mistakenly delivered to the wrong apartment, but the driver quickly resolved the issue by returning and bringing us a fresh batch. I take some responsibility for the mix-up since I forgot to include my apartment number, so I had to call them to explain the situation. Regardless, they handled it well. The cookies are delicious, and they have excellent vegan options too. I would definitely recommend this place! I also wanted to mention that Rachel, the person who answered the phone during my second call, was really helpful and friendly. Overall, I'd rate the service a 10/10!

I’ve received overcooked cookies before and the app ALWAYS makes my life a struggle, but we live off campus and the cookies are usually warm and delivered within 30 minutes. It’s not always perfect, but the employees are mostly students working until 3 am trying to make a buck and they make an effort. And just for that: 5 Stars.

I tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time at a WSU event, and I was blown away! The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were the best I've ever tasted. Even though I'm allergic to chocolate, my husband raved about the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. While they might not be the healthiest find, these cookies are simply incredible!
