Cafe Buho - Puno

I and my girlfriend were looking for Wifi and good food. Landed in the right place. We had to wait for hours on our bus and we ate really good.

The decorations and details are beautiful, but the food is terrible! And in person I prefer a ugly but tasty restaurant. How can someone make a bad pasta...but they have, the worst pasta I've ever had! Dull hot chocolate, which was a real deception, because... they sell food chocolate everywhere! Just avoid it!

After arriving late at the train from Cusco and negotiating from the station to the hotel, we spent some time walking through the pedestrian mall to eat. We always have a directive to take a side street to find somewhere less...tourism and more locals. We found Café Buho and Ventured. We found it pretty sweet and cozy, although we found the menu a little limiting and disappointing. We did not find food or service very well and we recommend you to try other places.

I went here with my family based on positive reviews and hope that teens would like Pizza/Pasta options. The atmostphere and service are nice but we had pizza, lasagna, and pasta and no one liked their food.

Looks good both outside and inside but....Advertise wifi and a code is provided with the menu. When I couldn't log on, I enquirer why to be told by a very aggressive manager "We're not an Internet cafe".Crepe I ordered was cold. Place was empty, absolutely no atmosphere.Had visited two other restaurants in Puno who's service was infinitely better. Glad this is my last day
