Restaurant Los Uros - Puno

The hotel itself is very beautiful and the location is unbeatable. My mother and I are at the Uros restaurant for dinner a few nights ago and had a great experience! We had two entries. Chicken soup and octopus and for drinks muna pisco sour (Peruvian...mint) and a Coca leaf tea. Both are really good. The waitress Johann was very professional. he was able to adapt the pages on my plate by some allergies. The price was very reasonable and the view was amazing!!! Especially during sunset time. Come back.

We ate the restaurant for dinner and it was a disaster! The only thing that was good was the wine, both of our main dishes were sent back. The rice was at least two days old and the fish was gummy. My steak bowl... medium was rarely ordered and came from purple. I sent it back and it was still rare. When we ordered the check, it took 15 minutes and had to send it back for corrections. Avoid this place for dinner at all costs.

We went to the restaurant and there was not staff to assist us. We had to wait over 45 minutes to be served. Only one person in the restaurant. The quality of the food was not good at all. We ask for octopus for appetizer...and some rice with Trucha (fish) . The appetizer was good. But the main dish was terrible.The rice was old, cold and did not have a good taste. Then, If you want to order a drink/ wine during the dinner , you need to go to direct to the bar, (to the other side) they only offer you coffee and tea. I don’t recommend it at all. no customer service at all bad food no staff not friendly

El mejor restaurante de Puno, el servicio A1, excelente calidad de los mozos y de la comida muy buena variedad y deliciosa!!!, prueben la trucha de Arapa es muy buena opcion
