Hideaway At Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All Inclusive Resort Casino Adults Only

The stay at Royalton was an amazing, great food and amazing resort layout. Ozuna (from the Hideaway bar) was the best! Super friendly and will always greet you with a smile and show real interest for the guest at the resort. He goes beyond and beyond what is very difficult to find nowadays. Lorenzo (in cleaning) will also see your room spotless, great workers, but an even better person! The experience in Hideaway is great, but these two men have made it great for their work with it to earth personalities and passion.

Beautiful private resort and very friendly staff. This is the perfect resort for a short holiday. We were in adults only section and it was very quiet compared to the children section. It was so relaxing and refreshing! There were so many great foods and live shows every night. We were not bored all week and were at the resort most of the time. There is not much to see from the resorts.

Ozuna from the bar in The Hideaway gave exceptional service to all our needs. Who is beyond and beyond! We had a great time with Jean Paul, Alejandro, Willqui from the Vibe team with the twice daily games and the fun atmosphere. Victor from the fitness classes was funny and created an amazing time in the pool! Our Butler Christin was very helpful, polite and very vulnerable. Was very helpful! He could give us great advice on various things. Overall, the entire team made the whole trip amazing, we wish we could have stayed longer! We can't get back soon enough! We are ready to book our next stay back!

Fantastic property, fantastic staff that is concerned to make sure you have the best vacation. Everyone is super personable and friendly. Any minor concerns we had were quickly resolved! I would recommend this property to all my friends and family and we absolutely will be staying again!
