Today we had dinner in Katana and it was a memorable experience. We ate some of the best food in recent times. The place is very nice, hidden among the trees. Impeccable attention and quiet atmosphere. We asked for entry some tempura shrimp that were very good and a fish ceviche that became the best entry in the world, a combination of tuna with magnificent fresh herbs. Then came the Tamago Roll that was perfect. And then the best dish, Pork Curry... Wow! Pig with smoked cabbage and candy curry with jasmine rice, there are no words for the good of this dish. The dessert was a bitter chocolate queque with ice cream and caramel along with a very good espresso. The price is very good for the quality of the food. In summary our new favorite restaurant, not only from the area but our best Fusion Restaurant!
