Morpho's - Puntarenas

I have the chocolate milkshake and the beef-denderoin. It was some of the best food I had for a long time. My friend got the Morphos Burger and that was perfect. For the level of food and how beautiful the place is, the prices are also great. One of my favorite restaurants in Costa Rica!

Very clean, well furnished restaurant. The theme and ambience correspond to the name and logo: Morphos butterfly, a majestic blue, pleasant and relaxing to see. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. The menu is authentic Costa Rican at reasonable prices. Delicious deserts too! RECOMMENDATIONS!

5 stars for the sunset view and service alone! The vegetable curry was quite good, especially with hot sauce. The vegetables tasted very fresh! Also enjoyed the strong coconut flavor of the flan.

This place has an incredible menu that caters to vegetarians like myself which is alway a plus for me. I had their vegan burger made with fried plantains and woooow!! I was impressed by the combination of flavors and the adorable pink bun. They got even more brownie points for the exquisite selection of dark beer they had. I had 3 dark beers here and none of them disappointed. The staff seemed to be pretty knowledgeable on what they were serving too. The only thing that I'd say was lacking was their system to pay. It was kind of ridiculous that we had to wait for a line of 12 foreigners, all clumsily clumped up behind us to the point that we no longer felt comfortable sitting at our table, just to pay our bill. Other than that, it's a good place to hang out at if you want a romantic place to chill with your significant other or hang out and have beers with friends.

A nice restaurant with friendly staff. We talked about Chimichanga and Burrito for days after dinner. You were so good. I always love outdoor seating and the choice between high tables and swing chairs was beautiful.
