Taco Bell - Punxsutawney

Awful. I tried it a few times to let them redeem....and it was a mistake. Every time, the chips are stale amd taste of old rancid oil, hardly any meat on anything that is supposed to have it, ordered jalapeños for extra and they put 3 on! What ajoke this was and still is. This place needs to up their game for the prices, which are very high. They need to learn to takecare of customers. No customers=no business. Lost a customer.

What can I say.....it's not authentic Spanish food, but I like tacos from taco bell.....lol

They are always posting online looking for help then when people fill out online applications and call to check on there applications magically there not hiring even tho they legit post jobs online often then when you do call the store manager neverseems to be there and whoever does answer the phone sounds totally rude

This is my favorite of the fast food restaurants. In their prime, this restaurant in particular has served the most delicious of any Taco Bells I have frequented, and though co-vid had affected the quality and service, they have been improving. My only realcomplaint would be the Cheesy Gordita Crunch needs to be brought back as a combo meal.

I never had a complaint about Taco Bell until now!!! I ordered the Crunch wrap meal. Let's take this one thing at a time. The soft taco.... The meat seamed to have been mushy and no flavor and was almost non-existent. The Crunch Wrap was horrible!!!! Itwas cold and it tasted like old oil....most likely the crunchy tortilla was stale and old! The only thing good about this mealwas the Mango tea!! Oh and the person running the drive through was efficient but he was taking another order while doing mytransaction and I am quite certain he did not thank me nor smile.
