Kemps - Purbeck

The service was good and the polish has tried it best. the frightened beer was of poor quality. eating was similar to a small cook, but not so good! frozen chips, steak was ok. we should probably have stayed somewhere else and. we would have eaten in another restaurant. we ate in the winter garden part of the restaurants, over our heads was a nice curtain that hid the winter garden roof, unfortunately it had all dead flying caught! not good. we ate our dinner and took the rest of the wine into our room!

Stay in the hotel for two nights and ate in restaurant on Saturday. the normal chef had apparently been called away and therefore a relief cook was put on. excellent lamb shoulder and a very good ravioli. also a very good starter and dessrt. O.K, no atmosphere, but could not mistake the food or service.

Plastic flowers and plastic food in a room with very little prospect, but with staff who looked after, but didn't seem to have much experience.

We were in kemps at earlier visit in the opposite and we were never disappointed by the excellent food or the equally excellent service

The food was high quality but at a reasonable price. The Service was really professional and there was a good choice of hight quality food. The Menu did cater for everyone as my husband doesn't eat meat we were happy.
